Lacey: Hi, my name is Lacey and I am still pretty new to working out and getting in shape. I have been on my fitness journey for a little over a year now and I still find that I learn something new everyday. My journey started when I got a severe injury and couldn't walk for a few months. My health quickly spiraled as a result and I ended up gaining 55lbs in a year! Because of this, I am now the healthiest I have been in my life.
